Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Shepherd's pie made with butternut squash, butter, hot sauce, ground turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, oregano, curry. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2, protein shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:45am to 11:15am 3 loads of laundry. April 1/23 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea.

Swedish meatballs x 13, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter and hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, hot sauce, hash browns, protein shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
