Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Supper

Pasta salad with 2 cups pasta, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 1 can salmon, 3 tbs mayo, pepper, paprika, 3 boiled eggs. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises plus knee bends. 

Brunch

Ham and chicken sandwich with cheese, mayo and mustard. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Boiled eggs x 3 with butter and hot sauce. 

Tea Time!

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs raises.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Dumbbell weight training with 5 exercises 30 minutes.

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables and brown rice, etc. Toast and butter x 2

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Walmart with a walk twice around the Mall. Lunch at Sobeys was Crispy Chicken Strip Combo with Potatoes.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Trail Mix!

3/4 Cup of Trail Mix 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea, toasted sardines and mayo sandwich on Whole wheat bread.
