One cup of rice, soup mix spice, oregano, mixed vegetables.

Banana, boiled egg, salt.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Leftover rice, ground beef, mixed vegetables, etc.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.
