Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana chocolate chuck muffin. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, hot sauce, white rice. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Sobeys. Had chicken tenders x 2 and home fried potatoes and honey mustard sauce bought at Sobeys. 

Brunch

Blueberry muffin and Cheddar Cheese x 4

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises, knee bends, leg extensions front and side kick, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. Cinnamon raisin bagels with butter oven toasted with tea. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 4

Tea Time!

Lunch

Over toasted salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard.

Oven toasted cinnamon raisin bagels with butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 5, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener and muffin.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, strawberry yogurt drink. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Pork chops with salt and pepper x 2, steamed broccoli.

Pepperoni stick with Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B.

Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama.

Oven toasted salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, powder milk, yogurt drink.

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises plus push ups, planking and light stretching. 50 minutes!
