Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, ketchup, hash browns x 3, Protein bar 68g. Clif 20g Protein. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Dessert

Banana yogurt 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 3 with olive oil, butter, ketchup, hash browns x 3
