Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, hot sauce, pasta sauce mixture with milk. 

Snack

1 bag of popcorn. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Apple cinnamon brown rice cakes with peanut butter x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, butter, hot sauce, Swiss cheese on toasted bread, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk and tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Supper

Pork chops x 2 with salt and pepper, hot sauce, Brussels Sprouts. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets 40 minutes. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, frozen strawberries, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, butter, hot sauce, Swiss cheese on toasted bread, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Toasted O's Cups 2 with milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Toasted fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, butter, hot sauce, Swiss cheese. Small milk. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Outing

Walk downtown to work on Sullivan's Crossing Season 3 from about 1:00pm to 5:30pm. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B, Cough Drops and Pepperoni stick when I got home. Took bus home from downtown. 

Breakfast 3

Bran Flakes 2 Cups plus with milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats, chia seeds. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Center Sobeys, Dr. Tan and Walmart. Plus payed rent in anticipation of working Thursday on Sullivan's Crossing. 

Lunch

Lunch at Sobeys Halifax Shopping Center Lemon Lime Carbonated water and Turkey Cranberry Flatbread Sandwich. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Rice cakes apple cinnamon flavor with peanut butter x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
