Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Dessert

Dark chocolate with almonds 100g. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with salt and pepper, parsley, hot sauce, pam cooking spray. Honey garlic sausage 2.5. Everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato sandwiches with mayo and hummus on wholewheat bread x 2. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2

Breakfast

Cream of wheat packages x 2 with banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, potatoes, onion, cream of broccoli soup, milk.

Weight training with dumbbells for 30 minutes multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps.

Outing/Laundry

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2 on wholewheat bread.

Outing

Taxi today to Halifax Shopping Centre then bus to Spryfield to work on 22 Minutes. Bus return trip home around 3:15pm. Had lunch on set.
