Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

English muffins with butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea, almond milk.

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Steak x 2 fast fry, salt, pepper, onion, can yellow wax beans. 

Lunch

Leftover sausage 2.5, toast and butter x 2, chewy nut bar 35g.

Chewy nut bar 35g., Chamomile tea.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11am (5 days ago tomorrow.) * Not sure when this was done showed up as unpublished in timeline. Laundry is done every 5 days with one exception being 4 days after cleaning day.

Supper

2.5 sausage, baby Brussels sprouts, butter, pepper.

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.
