Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 12, brown rice with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, olive oil, eggs x 2. 

Lunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt, strawberry yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana x 2, strawberry yogurt drink, oat milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. June 15/23
