Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Rice cakes with peanut butter x 3

Supper

Ground pork with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, beef broth, potatoes, onion, tomato soup. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Lunch

Chicken breast and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread x 2. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder and banana x 2. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and leg extensions front and side kick. Push ups before breakfast. Plus knee bends. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, banana, berries and cherries, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. Plus push ups before eating 2 sets 16. 

Tea Time!

Chicken breast, cheese, tomato sandwiches with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises.

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder and banana. 

Lunch

Chicken breast, cheese, tomato sandwiches with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2 on wholewheat bread. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 3 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk, chia seeds. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water.

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, pasta and sauce mixture made with milk and butter. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Sardine fillets in hot sauce 100g. 

Lunch

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street then Brother's Meat Market after paying the rent. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water from second container using 1 scoop. Last container lasted 3 months. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Peanut butter and banana sandwich on wholewheat bread.

Noodle soup with spinach and beef broth. Toasted tomato sandwich with mayo on wholewheat bread. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Popcorn x 1 bag.

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street.

Ham and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions side kick only. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Toast and peanut butter x 1. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 4.
