Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, bagel with peanut butter and butter.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, Spinach Noodles, tomato sauce, etc. Fried onions. 

Snack 2

Bagel with peanut butter and butter.

Snack

Protein shake chocolate. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street along waterfront.

Brunch

Smoked Turkey breast sandwich with mayo, mustard and hummus, boiled egg, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana toast and peanut butter, almond milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, bagel with peanut butter and butter.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, Spinach Noodles, tomato sauce, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (2 meals)

Lunch

Smoked Turkey breast sandwich with mayo, mustard and hummus, bagel with butter and peanut butter, boiled egg, salt.

Steak marinaded with Baby Brussels sprouts, butter, pepper, summer savory, Chili powder.

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Shoppers.
