Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, butternut squash, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, summer savory, beef broth, tomato paste. 

Lunch

Ham sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, boiled egg, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 5, potato chips 2 cups. 

Laundry Day!

2 loads of laundry. 9:30am - 11:30am December 27

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Last Night!

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, spices, etc. 

Lunch 2

Potato Chips 2 Cups, Protein Bar 78g.

Lunch

Toast and butter x 2, boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Ham sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, Cheddar Cheese x 4.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, toast and butter x 2

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, brown rice, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, curry. (2 meals) 

Outing

Dropped off books to free library then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Ham sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Brunch

Toast and butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 4.
