Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, pasta, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder. (2 meals) 

Brunch

Ham sandwich with hummus, mustard, Swizz Cheese, boiled egg, salt, Granola bar 42g. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Outing

Bus trip to Saint Michael's Church for Neil's funeral then reception downstairs followed by burial at Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Sackville. Sobeys Windsor Street on the way home after Fred dropped me off.

Bus trip to Dollarama Halifax Shopping Centre before going to visit Neil and family at funeral home before funeral tomorrow then Sobeys Windsor Street on the way back before walking home.
