Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1.

Supper

Spinach pizza with tomato sauce and cheese from Superstore. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken with mixed vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower, pasta, chick peas, etc. Bread and butter x 2. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick, calf raises and deep squats. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp, cinnamon, plain oats package x 1, chia seeds. Green tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Banana x 1.

Supper

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta, chick peas, chia seeds. 

Snacks!

Chocolate peanut butter protein bar 68g. Pepperoni stick 40g. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Outing

Walk downtown to TD Bank, Dollarama Duke Street and Superstore Barrington Street then bus trip home. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2. Banana x 1. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, back, biceps and forearms 50 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 scoop.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. 

Workout

Cleaning Day from 9:00am to 4:30pm October 1/25.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent to catch bus to Dollarama and Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Gatorade Zero 710ml. Pepperoni stick 40g. Roasted & Salted Cashews 100g x 1/2 = 50g.
