Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with salt, pepper and paprika, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice and mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Snack

Green Pea Snack Crisps 94g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Lunch

Deviled Ham sandwiches with mustard x 2. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street. 

Brunch

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, kefir plain yogurt drink, banana, blueberries. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:30am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. September 30/23

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, apple, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Walk to North End Community Health Centre for Dental Appointment.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice.

Salmon sandwich with mayo and pepper. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. Met an older woman on the way up who was also going shopping. We talked on the way then again on the way back before she went up Robie Street to her home and I continued towards mine.

Salmon sandwich with mayo and pepper.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
