Pork butt chop, salt, pepper, garlic, sweet potato fries 454g.

Snack

Non alcoholic beer x 1, 200g Jalapeno chips.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Leftover hamburger and vegetables, 2 eggs fried with butter. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Ground beef 400g, hamburgers x 2, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, egg x 1, 2 heels of bread, green and yellow beans with carrots, butter, ketchup. (2 meals)
