Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 25 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and raisin bran muffin. 

Supper

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with white rice 3/4 cup, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter and hot sauce 

Snack

Sardines in hot sauce 100g. Raisin Bran Muffin. 

Lunch

Avocado Chicken Sandwich on flat bread and Water Lemon Lime. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Walmart with a walk around the mall. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boiled eggs x 4 with hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, sardines in hot sauce 100g. 

Cleaning Day!

After 7 weeks because of humidity I haven't cleaned my home but today seemed to be a good day for cleaning so I started at 9:00am and finished at 4:30pm time for a shower. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich with small yogurt drink. 

Lunch

Toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter, Raisin bran muffin, small yogurt drink. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Pork chops with salt and pepper x 2, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables and hot sauce.

Omelette with 4 eggs and toast and butter x 2, pepper, hot sauce. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises, planking. 

Lunch

Dagwood Sandwich 1/4 Sparkling Water Lemon Lime. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street then Superstore Young Street. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk and toast and butter x 1 with coffee.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Lunch

Classic Dagwood 1/4 Sub Sandwich with Sparkling Water Lemon Lime. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then Superstore Quinpool Road and Canadian Tire. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts, calf raises, leg extensions front and side kick, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk, toast and butter x 2 and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, tomato alfredo pasta and sauce mixture. 

Snack

1 Cup of a mixture of Energy Mix, Roasted and Salted Cashews and BBQ Peanuts. 

Lunch

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches x 2 plus green tea.

1 Hour of Stretching!

2 Cups of Toasted O's with milk and toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener.

Fish fillets with mayo and Swiss Cheese sandwiches x 2

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats. Toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, small plain yogurt. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, vegetable broth, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Roast beef and cheese sandwich x 1, turkey and cheese sandwich x 1 with 1% milk. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Walmart. Had lunch from Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Workout

1 Hour workout with light stretching for about 15 minutes then about 45 minute dumbbell workout with multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps. Push ups and planking. 

Snack
