Supper

Leftover pasta salad, chamomile tea. 

Workout 3

Weight training continues with more dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press plus some chest exercises. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets. 

Lunch

Pasta salad with pasta 2 cups, mixed vegetables 1 cup, tuna 2 cans, mayo 5 tbs, pepper, paprika. (2 meals)

Outing

Failed attempt to walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. Too much snow will need to wait until snow storm passes and the roads and sidewalks get cleared. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea.

Smoked Chicken breast sandwich with Swiss cheese, butter and mustard.

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. Green tea with sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, cheese dust, brown rice. 

Lunch

Ham and Smoked Chicken sandwiches with Swiss cheese, butter and mustard x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat just south from where I live in the North End. Laundry Co. 2 loads of laundry.

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road then took a cab home because I bought a workout bench which is now assembled.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.

Brown rice 3/4 cup, 4 scrambled eggs, mixed vegetables, olive oil, hot sauce, pepper.

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, 1% milk, vanilla yogurt. Toasted cheese sandwiches with mayo x 2
