Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, mushroom soup. (2 meals)

Lunch

Ham sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup plus. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, protein bar 37g. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables, tomato soup. 

Snack

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Bus trip downtown to pick up Dockers at Dry Cleaners and Dollarama Duke Street. *(Pants 44" to 42" waist and dry cleaned)*

Doctor appointment at 1:30pm then walked to Dollarama Duke Street.
