Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, hot sauce, Brussels Sprouts. 

Snack

3/4 Cup Energy Mix with Roasted and Salted Cashews plus BBQ Peanuts. 

Lunch

Oven toasted cheese sandwiches with butter x 2

Breakfast 3

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, Earl Grey Tea. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and banana x 1

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with mixed vegetables, white rice, chicken broth, butter, hot sauce. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B 

Snack

Energy Mix with Roasted and Salted Cashews 3/4 Cups. 

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street. 

Lunch

Oven toasted cheese sandwiches x 2 with butter and blueberry muffin with green tea. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts and planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, raisin bran muffin, tea. 

Snack

Strawberry banana yogurt drink small bottle. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with double chocolate muffin. 

Supper

Ground turkey with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, Noodle soup, 1 egg. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, frozen blueberries. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 40 minutes plus light stretching and push ups. 

Lunch

Oven toasted cheese sandwiches with butter x 2 with large can green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, powder milk, blueberry muffin, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with Raisin Bran Muffin and Strawberry banana yogurt drink.

Noodle soup with mixed vegetables and 3 eggs.

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Bentleys.

1 Hour of Stretching!

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 35 minutes plus light stretching for cool down.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
