Tea Time!

Honey lemon ginger tea, peanut butter toast x 2

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce, etc.

Green tea and Cheddar Cheese x 3

Lunch

Pita bread with mayo, hummus, chicken breast x 2 slices, Cheddar Cheese x 2, boiled eggs x 2 with small vegetable cocktail and protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry from about 9:00am - 11:15pm 3 loads of laundry today after cleaning yesterday for about 7 hours. April 30/22 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea and coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices, seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. (2 meals)

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning from 8:00am this morning to 3:15pm just waiting for the bathroom floor to dry and will have a shower then cook supper. 

Lunch

Chicken breast sandwich with mayo, mustard and hummus, Cheddar Cheese x 4, vegetable cocktail small. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, vegetable cocktail small and protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener while watching the latest episode of The Flash on Netflix. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Protein Shake!

I'll be up for a couple more hours so I decided to have a protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder 1tbs. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and more Netflix! 

Snack

1/2 Cup of Nature Mix while I watch some more Netflix. I just finished washing the dishes. 

Supper

Boneless pork x 2 with brown rice, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, salt, pepper, summer savory. 

Outing!

My outing today was a walking trip to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying the rent. 

Brunch

Egg salad with 3 eggs, mayo, mustard, pepper, paprika on pita bread, vegetable cocktail small and protein shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout!

Workout for today includes push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

For breakfast this morning Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon and protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and peanut butter x 1, tea and coffee. 

Tea Time!

Time for a chamomile tea and peanut butter toast x 2 before watching some more Netflix. 

Dessert!

After doing the dishes I finished the Vanilla Yogurt with chopped banana. 

Supper

After having a shower I finish the leftovers from yesterday which included ground beef, pasta, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, etc. 

Lunch 2

I just had a small glass of vegetable cocktail drink and I'm also having 1/2 Cup Nature Mix. 

Lunch

For today's lunch I had egg salad with 3 eggs, pepper, paprika and mayo with a pita bread plus a Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout!

Today's workout includes push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour and leg extensions front and side kick.

A cup of tea is not enough to jump start the day so I also have a cup of coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast this morning was Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana and frozen strawberries, toast and peanut butter x 1, milk and tea. 

Tea Time!

Now for a Cup of Honey Lemon Ginger Tea and 1/2 Cup of Nature Mix to end a long day. 

Dessert!

Time for some dessert with Vanilla Yogurt and sliced banana. Yummy! 

Supper

For today's supper I cooked ground beef with spices and seasoning then added beef broth and mixed vegetables followed by smart pasta with tomato sauce which I made enough so I don't need to cook tomorrow. 

Lunch!

Now that I'm back from Shoppers I'll have 3 boiled eggs with butter, salt and pepper for a nice little light lunch. Plus I think I'll have a small vegetable cocktail as well. 

Outing!

My outing today was to Shoppers Almon Street to buy 2 dozen eggs which I'm now boiling. 

Brunch

For brunch today I had a pita bread with ham and chicken breast, mayo and mustard. Then I also had a small vegetable cocktail, Protein Shake with 1% milk, powder milk and protein powder. My appetite is satisfied! 

Laundry Day!

Today I did 2 loads of laundry from 8:00am to about 10:00am on April 26/2022 I'm going out after I have some brunch to buy eggs. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk downtown along waterfront to Dollarama Duke which was closed then walked to Dollarama Park Lane. Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange.
