For today's supper I cooked ground beef with spices and seasoning then added beef broth and mixed vegetables followed by smart pasta with tomato sauce which I made enough so I don't need to cook tomorrow.
Now that I'm back from Shoppers I'll have 3 boiled eggs with butter, salt and pepper for a nice little light lunch. Plus I think I'll have a small vegetable cocktail as well.
For brunch today I had a pita bread with ham and chicken breast, mayo and mustard. Then I also had a small vegetable cocktail, Protein Shake with 1% milk, powder milk and protein powder. My appetite is satisfied!
