Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Steak, salt and pepper, Baby Brussels Sprouts, butter.

Lunch

Smoked chicken breast sandwich with mayo and mustard, small green tea.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Leftover pasta salad, small green tea.

Laundry Day!

8:30am - 10:15am 2 loads of laundry. July 17

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Supper

Leftover pasta salad, small green tea.

Lunch

Pasta salad with pasta 2 cups, Chick peas, black olives, peas and carrots, tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika, boiled eggs x 2. (3 meals) 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, milk, tea.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Snack

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup, Chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, etc., Onion, butter, cooking oil.

Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard, boiled egg, salt, small green tea.
