Pork chop, salt, pepper, one cup of rice, California style vegetables one cup and one half.

Raisin cinnamon bagels with butter x 2.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, peanut butter toast x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, milk, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

2 heels of raisin bread and butter, chamomile tea.

1 cup of rice, mixed vegetables one cup, sardines in tomato sauce.

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2.
