Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Leftover Shepherd's pie, ketchup.

Walk downtown to TD Bank Duke Street then back home along walking trail.

Leftover Shepherd's pie, ketchup, oatmeal raisin cookies x 3, coffee.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre to buy two chairs.
