Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boneless pork x 2, salt and pepper, brown rice with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce. 

Snack

1/2 Cup Trail Mix 

Outing

Walk to free library then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk, blueberry yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, oat milk, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Dessert

Blueberry yogurt

Walk to Dollarama Young Street.
