Supper 2

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, etc. Mushroom soup, milk. 

Snack

2 cups of potato chips. All Dressed

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled egg x 1, salt, toasted Ham and mayo sandwich, Cheddar Cheese x 4. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Snack

Banana x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Toasted Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard, cheddar cheese x 3, boiled egg, salt.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11:00am March 26

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.
