Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 15 minutes plus. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mixed vegetables, California style vegetables, vegetable broth, pasta sauce mixture made with milk and butter.

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, protein powder, oat milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Omelette with eggs x 3, salt and pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray, toast and butter x 2, coffee with oat milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Toasted O's with oat milk, banana x 1, tea with oat milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Omelette sandwich with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray, Swiss cheese, butter on toasted bread, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk, banana, tea with milk and sweetener.

Ground pork with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, boiled yellow potatoes, tomato soup. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Snack 2

Cheddar Cheese x 4

Turkey sub sandwich from Sobeys, pepperoni stick and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Bustrip to Halifax Shopping Center Dollarama, Sobeys and Walmart.
