Supper

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, brown rice, stewed tomatoes, hot sauce, spices, etc. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 3, Protein powder, powder milk. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Park Lane Spring Garden Road the long way over to John Street then down across from Halifax Commons. 5.1km 

Brunch

Chicken breast and Swiss cheese sandwich with butter, and mustard, Smoked Oysters 85g., Protein Shake with powder milk, 1% milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sugar. 

Snack

Toasted Swiss Cheese and butter sandwich. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Supper

BBQ Peanuts remainder of bag less than 1/2 cup.
