Ground beef, pasta, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (2 meals) 

Lunch

French fries and ketchup.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Smoked Almonds 75g. 

Outing 2

Walk downtown to RBC then Lawton's followed by Dollarama Duke Street. 

Supper

Boneless pork x 3, Cup of Brown Rice with Cup of Mixed Vegetables, salt, pepper, hot spice with pork for seasoning. 

Outing

Dental cleaning then after coming back home walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Outing/Work

Booked my 3rd actor roll on 22 Minutes this month of September. Had supper (sub) back at the studio before coming back home at around 4pm call time was 12:40pm.

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika.

Walk over to Vote at YMCA then made appointment to get teeth cleaning followed by Dollarama Duke Street.

Visit Mother in hospital with sister at Victoria General had short visit had sandwich with some cheese that Mom didn't want.
