1.5 tuna mayo sandwich with pepper, paprika.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

Leftover pasta, broccoli, diced tomatoes, mayo, etc., Boiled egg, salt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, apple, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Dessert

Chocolate chip peanut cookies x 4, chamomile tea.

Supper

Pork chop, salt, pepper, leftover pasta, diced tomatoes, broccoli, mayo, etc.

Pasta, diced tomatoes, broccoli, mayo, pepper, paprika. (3 servings)

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, chocolate chip peanut cookies x 3.

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, etc. Chocolate chip peanut cookies x 3.
