Tea Time!

Honey lemon ginger tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, brown rice, etc. 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75g.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Dollarama. Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and peanut butter x 2, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, brown rice, spices, seasoning, vegetable broth. (2 meals)

Tea Time!

Green tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder, banana x 1. 

Laundry Day!

8:00am - 10:45am 3 loads of laundry. April 1/22
