Chamomile tea

Pork chop, salt, pepper, leftover potato salad.

8:00am - 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. June 26

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Pasta salad with chick peas, black olives, peas and carrots, tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika. (3 meals)

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.
