Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, chick peas, tomato paste, etc., Tomato soup, milk, curry.

Lunch 2

Ham sandwich with butter, hummus and mustard, 1/2 Cup Trail Mix. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, banana x 1.

Laundry Day!

8:30am - 11:15am 4 loads of laundry. November 20

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Tea Time!

Snack 2

Toasted bagel with butter, boiled egg, banana x 1.

1/2 Cup of Trail Mix

Brunch

1.5 can lunch meat sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled egg, salt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toasted bagel and butter, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, can lunch meat sandwich with butter and mustard.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, Chick peas, tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (3 meals) 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75g. 

Lunch

Can lunch meat sandwich with butter and mustard, Vanilla protein shake. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street and picked up Dockers from Dry Cleaners after visiting RBC BM. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted bagel and butter.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street and Lawton's.

Walk to pick up Dockers pants which could not be altered at the place I took them then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.
