Leftover rice, ground beef, California style vegetables, etc., mushroom soup, milk. 

Outing

Walk downtown to TD Bank then RBC Bank Machine followed by Lawtons then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2, small milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, milk, banana x 2, raisin bread toast x 2 (heels), butter, boiled egg, tea. 

Snack

Raisin bread toast and peanut butter x 2, chamomile tea.

Supper

Ground beef, cup of rice, California style vegetables, oregano, soup mix spice. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, sardines in tomato, toast and butter x 2.

Small glass of milk.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
