Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, mushroom soup, whole wheat pasta. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper and hot sauce, brown rice, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, oregano. 

Brunch

Ham and Swiss Cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, tea. 

Supper 2

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper and hot sauce plus Uncle Ben's Chicken Flavor Rice.

Breaded Sole fillets x 2 on Hamburger buns with mayo.

Ham and Swiss Cheese with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, Protein powder, powder milk.
