Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Lunch 2

Ham, pepperoni, cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs raises, push ups, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Pepperoni and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells exercises x 5 plus knee bends and push ups. 

Tea Time/Dessert

Plain yogurt with banana, chamomile tea. 

Supper

Brown rice 1 cup with mixed vegetables and chicken broth, hot sauce, Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper. 

Brunch

Pepperoni and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2

1 Hour of Stretching!

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick.
