Tea Time!

Peppermint tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mashed potatoes. Shepherd's pie 

Snack

Ham and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard. Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Bus trip to The Brick and Walmart Chain Lake Drive. 

Brunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions side kick only. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana, frozen blueberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Pork chops x 2 with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Snack

Can lunch meat sandwich with butter and mustard. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent. 

Brunch

Can lunch meat sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, stretching 1 hour.

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener.

Walk to get Flu Shot at North End Drug Store then walked to Superstore Young Street.

Ham and Chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, mayo and mustard. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink.
