Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama. 4.5km 

Lunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, Tabasco sauce, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 4.

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:30am 3 loads of laundry. October 21/22

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
