Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder chocolate flavor. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3.

Supper

Potato salad with potatoes, boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, paprika, parsley. Cheddar cheese x 4. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, powder milk. Cream cheese on toast x 2. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, frozen berries and cherries, powder milk. Rice cakes with peanut butter x 4. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Tea Time!

Leftover chicken breast with pasta, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, etc.

Walk to Laundromat to wash pillows and jacket.

Wholewheat bagel with cream cheese and small piece of pepperoni.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Toasted tomato and mayo sandwich on wholewheat bread.

Outing

Bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and mayo sandwiches with cheese on wholewheat bread x 2. Pepperoni x 1 small piece. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana x 2, powder milk. Rice cakes with peanut butter x 3. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water.

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 25 minutes. 

Snack

One bag of popcorn.

Pepperoni x 1 small piece, wholewheat bagel with cream cheese. Toasted tomato and mayo sandwich on wholewheat bread. Toasted tomato, mayo and cheese sandwich. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener.
