Boneless pork, pasta, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, milk. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 3, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Breakfast 2

Coffee

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato soup, lentils, etc with 1/2 cup rice. 

Snack

Boiled egg x 1, toast and butter x 1.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea. 

Supper

Rice, ground beef, tomato soup, mixed vegetables, lentils, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, milk. (2 meals)

Cleaning Day!

8:30am - 4:30am 8 hours of cleaning!

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2.

Walk to Superstore Young Street after paying rent. 11:30am

8:15am - 10am 2 loads of laundry.
