Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Ground beef, California style vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, curry, chick peas. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Ham sandwich with butter and mustard.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, toast and butter x 2, salt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Last Night!

Chamomile tea around 5:00pm. 

Supper

Boneless pork, salt, pepper, butternut squash, butter. 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Brunch

Toasted Ham sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich and 2 bananas.

Outing

Blood work done at 9:00am at NECHC then walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Toasted Ham and mayo sandwich.
