Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, diced tomatoes, spices, etc., Tomato soup, milk, curry.

2 Cups of PC Chips and Great Value Protein Bar. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.
