Chamomile tea

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables.

Snack

Trail Mix 1/2 Cup plus.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted Swiss Cheese sandwich with butter.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea. 

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, butternut squash, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, summer savory, butter.

Cleaning Day!

6:00am - 2:00pm 8 hours of cleaning. December 31/21 Happy New Year!
