Workout/Stretching!

One hour of Stretching exercises with planking. 

Tea Time!

Mint blend tea with sweetener. Banana x 2. Teriyaki Beef Jerky 35g. 

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, salt and pepper, garlic powder, parsley, hot sauce, tomato, pam cooking spray. 3/4 cup of white rice, butter. 

Lunch

Turkey sub sandwich from Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Pepperoni stick 40g. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys then bus trip to Sobeys Windsor Street and home. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, creatine, oat milk. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta from Sidekick made with milk and butter. 

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread x 2. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. Earl Grey Tea with oat milk and sweetener. Popcorn x 1 bag.

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 4 with banana, oat milk, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Creatine with water. Tea with oat milk and sweetener.

Chamomile tea with oat milk and sweetener. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with ham, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil. Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables. 

Post Workout Snack!

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells arm workout with 24 sets 6 exercises 10 to 20 reps each exercise 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells. 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on wholewheat bread x 2. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions side and front kick. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen berries and cherries 1/2 cup, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats 1 package, powder milk, oat milk, creatine. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and chocolate protein powder. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells delt workout with 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells 30 minutes. 

Dessert

Dark Chocolate 100g

Fish burgers with mayo and cheese on wholewheat bread x 4 slices. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Leftover pork chops from yesterday's supper.

Light stretching exercises with dumbbell workout back and chest day. 5 sets of 12 reps dumbbell rows 20lbs. 6 sets of 3 different dumbbell chest exercises with 2 sets each 10 to 20 reps. 10lbs and 20lbs dumbbells 30 minutes. 

Lunch

Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches with mayo on wholewheat grain bread x 2. Maple Flavoured Cashews 100g. 

Breakfast 2

Leftover oatmeal with berries and cherries, etc. Plus oat milk. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal 2 cups with frozen berries and cherries, banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Peanut butter toast x 1. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener.
