Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Snack

Brunch

Omelet with 3 eggs, milk, pepper and hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 4 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am - 9:45am 2 loads of laundry. June 18/22 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.  

Snack

Toasted tuna, mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen fruit blend x 4, Protein powder x 2tbs, 1% milk. 

Lunch

Cheddar Cheese x 5, apples x 2, Honey Roasted Peanuts 1/2 Cup plus. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, hot sauce, ham, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, flour, spices and seasoning, mashed potatoes, ketchup. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, powder milk, protein powder x 2 table spoons. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, hot sauce, ham, toast and butter x 2.

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce.

Bagel with Ham, mayo and mustard.

Protein Shake with powder milk, banana x 3, protein powder x 2 table spoons.

Walk to Superstore Young Street 4.41km.

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, cooking oil and hot sauce, toasted bagel with butter.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Omelet with eggs x 3, pepper, hot sauce, milk, toasted bagel with butter, Cheddar Cheese x 3.
