Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Strawberry pastry x 1. 

Supper

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, pasta, olive oil. 

Post Workout Snack!

Beef Jerky 35g. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 35 minutes. 

Creatine!

Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Pecan butter tart x 1. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, calf raises and deep squats. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Strawberry pastry x 1.

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Workout 2

Short workout with dumbbells 20lbs back workout 5 sets of 15 reps for 10 minutes. 

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, pam cooking spray, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce. Toast and butter x 2. Strawberry Strudel pastries x 2. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Outing

Walk downtown to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. Pecan butter tart x 1. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises and deep squats.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, chia seeds, cinnamon. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Shoppers Almon Street for eggs while doing laundry.

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. Banana x 1. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Snack!

1/3 Cup of BBQ Peanuts.

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, biceps and forearms 35 minutes. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus push ups, deep squats, calf raises, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Raspberry Danish Pastry x 1.

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, pitted prunes, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.

Walk downtown to Superstore Barrington Street and Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip back home. Gatorade Zero. Pepperoni stick.

Had leftover small steak cooked this morning with hot sauce. Now having chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Danish lemon pastry.

Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Danish pastries lemon and raspberry 1 each.

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Gatorade Zero. Protein Bar 68g. 

Cooked Steak!

Cooked 2 steaks with pepper and garlic powder that I bought at Walmart after throwing 2 steaks in the garage that I didn't cook right away and were smelling bad a few days ago. Steaks were frozen then kept in refrigerator. (Hot Sauce)

Cleaning!

Only did 3 hours of cleaning today because it's too hot still but I did clean the bathroom and walk-in front closet will wait until it gets cooler outside before doing anymore.
