Boneless pork x 2, cup of rice, salt, oregano,  pepper, garlic salt, California style vegetables 2 cups.

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire and Superstore Quinpool road.

Snack

Milk 2 go sport chocolate. 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11am

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, banana x 2, toast and butter x 1, milk, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, pasta, tomato sauce, California style vegetables, etc.

Cleaning Day!

8am - 2:30pm 6.5 hours of cleaning. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 1.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, banana, apple x 2, milk, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Outing after brunch today.

Paid rent then walked to Shoppers Almon Street.

Ground beef, California style vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, garlic salt, oregano, pepper. (2 meals)

Boiled eggs x 2, pepper, salt, butter.

Peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, sit ups, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Last Night!

Chamomile tea before bed.

Tuna Mayo sandwich, boiled egg, salt, chocolate wafers x 3.

Workout

Did some push ups this morning before breakfast. 

Laundry!

2 loads of laundry because pants had blood on inside pant leg as a result of fall yesterday banged knee. 8:30am - 10am.

Walk along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street.
