Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Leftover ground beef, brown rice, peas and carrots, tomato paste, etc.

Tomato hummus sandwich, 280g Wrapped Vine Leaves. 

Cleaning Day!

8:00am - 2:30pm 6.5 hours of cleaning. January 29/22

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, tomato and hummus sandwich. 

Snack

Trail Mix 1/2 Cup

Coffee with milk and sweetener, boiled egg, salt.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef, beef broth, tomato paste, peas and carrots, brown rice, spices. (2 meals)

French fries and ketchup.

7:30am - 10:20am 4 loads of laundry. January 28/22

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

5 loads of laundry. 7:30am - 11:00am January 23/22 Kitchen and Bedroom Curtains were 3 out of 5 loads.
