Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Lunch

Breaded Sole fillet fish sandwich with mayo, 2 Cups Potato Chips. 

Outing

4.34km Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Brunch

Scrambled eggs x 4, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, milk, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, frozen fruit blend, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Potato Chips 2 Cups 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, pasta, tomato sauce. (2 meals) 

Lunch

2 Sole breaded fish fillets with mayo on bread x 2 with Aquafina Vitamin Water Orange. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder.

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. 

Outing/Work

Bus trip to Dartmouth to work on Diggstown Season 4 from 8:15am - 6:00pm took ferry back to Halifax to Dollarama Duke Street then another bus home.

Leftover pasta salad with 2 Breaded Sole fish fillets.

Pasta salad with tuna, black olives, can peas, pepper, paprika, mayo and pasta. (2 meals)

4.29km Walk to Shoppers Almon Street after going to Sobeys Windsor Street, Superstore Young Street and Dollarama which were all closed until 12 noon.
