Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. Banana x 1 before supper. 

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and cheese on hamburger buns x 3. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. Gatorade Zero 710ml. Chocolate protein bar 68g. 

Lunch

Leftover ground turkey with frozen peas, potatoes, onions, mushroom soup, etc. 

Creatine!

Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. English muffins with butter x 2 Wholewheat. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, banana. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Wholewheat English muffins with butter x 2.

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, chicken broth, frozen peas, mushroom soup, hot sauce, potatoes, onions. 

Post Workout Snack!

Bananas x 1. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, biceps, back and forearms 50 minutes. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine 1 tbsp. Thin crust spinach pizza. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Creatine!

Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Breakfast

Plain Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Peanut butter toast x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 3, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, plain oats package x 1. Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and cheese on hamburger buns x 2.

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys for a little shopping.

Leftover steak and broccoli with HP sauce. Chocolate peanut butter protein bar 68g. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 40 minutes. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken or turkey with frozen peas, onions, potatoes, tomato soup, etc. Creatine with water 2 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick.

Walk to Catholic Church being demolished on North Street then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street also found a book at the free library off of North Street on the way up to Church walked along Almon Street. 5km plus!

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, pitted prunes, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener.
